7300 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Terms of Use

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 7300 platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all services, products, games, betting markets, and any other features offered by 7300.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 7300 platform. 7300 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
To create an account on 7300, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information — including your name, mobile number, and any other required details. 7300 reserves the right to permanently suspend any account registered with false information.
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any deposited funds being forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
In the event of an account suspension or closure, 7300 will notify the user with a reason and arrange for any valid balance to be returned, unless a decision has been made to forfeit funds due to a breach of Terms.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must follow the rules below while using the 7300 platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
- Use of the Platform for Personal Entertainment
- Placing Legitimate Bets & Playing Games from Your Own Account
- Making Deposits & Withdrawals Using Accurate Information
- Respectful Communication with the Support Team
- Creating or Operating Multiple Accounts
- Conducting Fraudulent Activity on the Platform
- Use of Software, Bots, or Automated Tools
- Attempting to Access Another User's Account
The platform may only be used for lawful purposes. Using 7300's services for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on 7300 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposit Limit: Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are displayed on the relevant payment page after logging in to the platform. These limits are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawal Process: Once a withdrawal request is submitted and verification is complete, funds will be sent to your BDT account within the designated timeframe. VIP members receive priority processing.
- Bonus Terms: Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Each bonus may carry its own individual wagering conditions.
- Transaction Verification: If a transaction appears suspicious or identity verification is required, 7300 may request additional documentation. Transactions may be placed on hold until the necessary documents are provided.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made in foreign currency will be automatically converted to BDT.
7300 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where fraudulent payment activity is detected and to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Services on the 7300 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. 7300 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or third-party causes. Any financial losses resulting from betting or gameplay are entirely the user's own responsibility.
If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, 7300 reserves the right to correct that error — even after the transaction has been completed.
All content on the 7300 platform — including logos, designs, code, game content, and text — is the intellectual property of 7300. Reproducing, distributing, or using this material for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
While 7300 is connected to third-party game and service providers on the platform, 7300 is not responsible for the policies or actions of those third parties.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
7300 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are made, notice will be provided on the platform and, where necessary, via the registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through 7300's customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
